• Accuracy: You are responsible for providing accurate personalization details (names, dates, messages, etc.). We are not liable for errors submitted by the customer.
• Proofing: For custom designs, we may provide digital proofs. Production begins only after your approval.
• Turnaround: Production timelines vary based on complexity and volume. Estimated delivery dates are provided but not guaranteed.

• Payment: All orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Pricing: Prices are listed in USD and may change without notice. Custom quotes are valid for 14 days.
• Taxes: Applicable sales tax will be added based on your location.

• Carriers: We use trusted carriers (e.g., USPS, UPS, FedEx). Tracking info will be provided when available.
• Delays: We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other external factors.
• International Orders: Customs duties and import taxes are the buyer’s responsibility.

• Custom Items: Due to the personalized nature of our products, all sales are final unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.
• Damage Claims: Must be reported within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.
• Non-Custom Items: May be eligible for return within 14 days. Contact us for authorization.

• All designs, images, and content created by The Even Kiel are protected by copyright and may not be reproduced without permission.
• You retain rights to any personal content you provide (e.g., names, dates), but grant us permission to use it for production and promotional purposes unless otherwise requested.

The Even Kiel is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the product.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of Bexar County, Texas.
